CANCELLATION POLICY & refund/lateness/ no shows
We ask that you contact us two days ahead of time if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can call us at (215-394-5851) or reschedule online through the confirmation text. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your appointment service fee. If you "no show/no call" for your appointment you will be charged for 100% of your appointment. When booking an appointment you will be asked for a credit card to hold your appointment. We cannot hold your appointment if we are not provided with a credit card.
To give all of our guests the chance to fall asleep during some of our services, we politely request no children. Each of our services request the client’s & stylist undivided attention- we want to be able to perform our best for you by just focusing on you.
All services are NON-refundable.​ Any concerns regarding a service you had done at Lovella Aesthetics are to be addressed no later than 72 hours after your appointment so that your service provider can assess your concerns immediately. No exceptions.

Cancellation fees that are not paid by the client will result in canceling any upcoming appointments and clients not being able to re-book at the salon.

We ask you to please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment if possible, if a client happpens to show up 15-20 minutes later- this may result in a 50% cancellation fee or a transfer to another stylist the day of.
